Cascade River Outdoors strives to control cost that can affect the price of items on our web store. We have an order minimum of $25.00
prior to Tax and Shipping charges. This order minimum must be reached to proceed through the checkout process.
Order Processing and Shipping Information:
Orders received before 2:00p.m. (Pacific Time) will be processed and fill the next business day in so long as there is available stock on hand. Orders received after 2:00p.m. (Pacific Time) will be processed in two (2) business days. Our current business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.Cascade River Outdoors Return / Refund Policy:
All Returns must be pre-authorized be contacting email: firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any product. Our correspondence will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and the address where to return the item. All returned items must be unused, in the original packaging with tags attached for an exchange or refund. Items not in the original packaging cannot be returned. Returned items may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. The return department requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of a credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
In cases of a defective item the return item need not be in the original packaging. Defective items will be exchanged with a non-defective item unless that item is not available in which case a refund will be issued to your credit card. Defective item return requests must be made within 10-days of delivery date. We CAN NOT process defective item returns that have passed this 10-day period. Please contact the original manufacturer for their defective item return / replacement policy. All return request must be sent to returns@CRoutdoors.com
Order Cancellation:Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
The item(s) are out of stock.
Your payment information could not be verified.
The shipping address could not be verified.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.Canceling Your Order:
After you have clicked "Send My Order," you may be able to cancel your entire order. Simply click on the link in your Order Confirmation email, or click on the Track My Order link on the website to view your order. If your order can be cancelled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button beside the order.
Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. At this time, you are unable to cancel or change part of your order. You must cancel the entire order.
